Recommends solutions to technical, creative, and process challenges creates and edits unique and creative visual assets that maximize audience engagement while leveraging traditional techniques. Makes recommendations to clients and Operations Coordinator to increase cost efficiencies of print production. This includes all printed and digital collateral. Ensures own creative work from concept to pre-press and post-production maintains original design intent, messaging and quality standards. Organizes and maintains electronic documents, images and graphic files for ease of use, transmittal and production. Provides creative approval as needed for internal and outsourced projects. Participates effectively in creative brainstorming sessions in which team members contribute ideas for new collateral based on strategic goals. With direction,creates and executes design concepts develops artwork for a variety of materials and media. Oversees multiple projects and deadlines without compromising quality and value of design work ensures appropriate attention to detail and focus on follow-up. 
Serves as liaison with printers, mail houses and other outside vendors as needed to ensure timely and quality deliverables. Collaborates with various departments to ensure that brand standards are present and consistent in all material and communications, both internally and externally. Collaborates with key project personnel in the development of graphics and collateral pieces.
